My name is Jeremy and I am the founder of ANCHOR & COMPASS, a consulting firm specializing in organizational health, strategic planning, leadership development, and marketing. What I know about organizations and how I found myself offering my services is largely due to all the mentors and folks that have invested in me over my last 20+ years working in nonprofits. I am truly excited to help your organization thrive and achieve its mission. I am grateful for the opportunity to pass on my skills to you and others.
I hope to fill this small corner of the internet with content in pursuit of the ANCHOR AND COMPASS vision for organizations to be able to both discover and reach our brighter future. The best way for me to help and give a boost to the organizations changing the world for the better and helping us all reach a brighter future together is through consulting both in big and small ways.
In the end, the most important thing to me isn’t just the lightbulb moments I help facilitate or the times I ease the burdens of great people so they can do great things. More than anything, it’s the opportunity to live a life aligned with what I believe matters most - people and loving well.
Getting to meet people where they are and step into their stories is both a privilege and a gift. At the heart of every massive challenge, impossible obstacle, or even incredible success are people simply living life alongside other people. And in the midst of all the chaos, uncertainty, and unexpected beauty, the best thing I can contribute is my ability to be a little more patient, offer a little more kindness - to love myself and others as well as I can.
